3. The Narayani and the client shall be entitled to terminate this agreement without giving any reason to the other party. Notwithstanding any such termination, all rights, liabilities and obligation of the parties arising out of or in respect of transaction entered into prior to the termination of this agreement shall continue to subsist and vest in/be binding on the respective parties or his/its respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives or successors, as the case may be.

4.The Client acknowledges that he is fully aware of and understands and agrees that Any action taken by him (on advise or recommendations of Narayani) in the markets is totally Clients responsibility. Narayani will not be liable for any, direct or indirect, consequential or incidental damages or loss arising, in any manner whatsoever, for the same and it will not be open for the client to take a plea that no adequate discloser regarding the risk involved was made or that client was not explained the full risk involved by the Narayani. The client shall be solely responsible for the consequences and no contract can be rescinded on that account. The Client also accepts that there can be no guarantee of profits or no exception from losses while executing orders on advise or recommendations of Narayani.
